Fifteen years of large-format exterior work — from three-story brick facades to lobby ceilings that people lie down on the floor to photograph.

Maria has been painting walls in Central Texas since 2011, starting with hand-lettered shopfronts on the east side of Austin and working up to municipal commissions and multi-story commercial facades. Her work leans botanical and architectural — big, saturated forms that hold up from across a parking lot but reward a close look.
She works directly with property owners, general contractors, and public arts boards, and handles her own permitting, surface prep, and lift rental. Most projects run four to twelve days on site depending on square footage and substrate.
No mystery, no surprise invoices. Here's the process from first conversation to finished wall.
We walk the space together (in person or over video) and talk through what the wall needs to do. You share brand guidelines, colour constraints, and any HOA, landlord, or city requirements. I flag substrate and access issues early — before they become change orders.
You get a scaled digital mockup laid over a photo of your actual wall, plus a written scope with square footage, surface prep, timeline, and a fixed price. Two rounds of revisions are included. Nothing gets painted until you sign off in writing.
I handle prep, paint, and sealing, and keep the site clean daily. You get progress photos as we go, a final walkthrough, and a set of professional photographs you are free to use for your own marketing.
